Searcy County ( SUR-see) is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of the 2020 census, the population was 7,828. The county seat is Marshall. The county was formed December 13, 1838, from a allocation of Marion County and named for Richard Searcy, the first clerk and declare in the Arkansas Territory.
